Kat Oliver
Owner
Welcome to Gloss Hair Parlor! After 14 years in the industry, I decided it was time to create a new type of salon space. One that focuses on not only the success and education of the stylists, but also their health! You’ll find a selection of non-toxic styling products for every hair type and texture at our boutique salon.
After graduating from an apprenticeship program in 2010 I have worked behind the chair as a color and extension specialist. I have always viewed hair color as both an art form and a science! It’s amazing to watch the color wheel at work.
I’m passionate about salon education. Whether it is a scheduled class or a quick chat at the color bar, there is value in all of it!

Our Team
Alicja Bronk-Zdunowski
Education Director & Cutting Specialist
With a background in fine arts, I bring a creative and imaginative eye to my craft of hairdressing. Visually inspired by edgy short do's from the 60's, the heavy iconic fringe from the 70's, and the dramatically teased tresses from the 80's.
Experienced in both razor and scissor cutting, I have gained both inspiration and education from some major influencers in the hair industry such as Bumble and Bumble, Living Proof, and R and Co. I specialize in shorter textured styles. Creating shapes that are effortless, natural and tailored to each client's needs. Besides cutting I enjoy doing updos and makeup for weddings and special events.

Sydney Lytton
Senior Stylist/Cutting Educator
Hi! I’m Syd! I was born and raised in Midcoast Maine. I lived in Philadelphia for two years studying music and theater. I have always had a passion for the stage and this was what sparked my passion for cosmetology. I fell in love with doing the hair and makeup for shows and decided to bring that creativity to my daily life and share it with others!I love all aspects of doing hair but fell in love with creative colors and specialty event makeup. If i’m not at the salon you can find me writing music, reading or hanging out with my lizard, Magnus. I can’t wait to meet you!

Caitlyn Gerrish
Senior Stylist/Color Educator
Hey, I’m Caitlyn! I've lived in Maine for most of my life and I can’t see myself anywhere else! I’ve been in the hair industry for 12 years and love it. I specialize in color; everything from lived in blondes, dimensional brunettes, and bright reds, as well as hair extensions, bridal up styles and make up. The most important thing behind the chair to me is integrity and listening. In my chair I care about my guests and having them feel heard and valued. I take a lot of pride in my work.
When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me hanging out with my husband and twins, Evelyn and Emilia. Our dog and cat are also considered our children!

Hey, I’m Natalie! I was born and raised in Portland, Maine. After years of doing hair for fun as I kid I knew I wanted to make a career out of what I love! In my chair I want you to have the freedom to choose your look! Whether it’s a bright fashion color, lived in color or a new haircut to freshen up your look, I can’t wait to turn your visions into a reality!

Hannah Davis
Blonding Specialist/Color Educator
Hi I’m Hannah! Born and raised in Maine, I’ve been in the hair industry for 5 years now!
As long as I can remember, I’ve loved everything there is about being a hairstylist! I still remember getting my first practice mannequin at 14 years old, I would stay up all night long watching tutorials and trying different things out on it! I went to school in upstate New York, which was the most amazing experience, but I couldn’t be happier to be home!
I love everything color related, but dimensional blondes/brunettes are definitely my forte! When you’re in my chair, I will always listen to all your goals, questions, concerns! No matter what your hair goals are, I will find a way to make those happen!
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me with my boyfriend, Nick, our daughter, Marlee, and our 2 cats, Zuko and Meelo! They are my absolute world!

Hi, I'm Carolyn! Originally from New York. I've called Maine home for quite some time now. I started pursuing my cosmetology career last year, but my love for hair goes way back. I always enjoyed doing my siblings' hair, and that's when I realized I wanted to make it my career. I'm passionate about all things hair and dedicated to helping people achieve their perfect look!

Hi, I’m Gabrielle! I’ve just moved back to Maine after doing hair in Omaha, Nebraska for the last 13 years, and I’m thrilled to have found a home at Gloss!
My favorite services are fun, funky, vibrant colors and customized haircuts at all lengths! I love bringing my clients vision to life so their hair is a direct reflection of their personality and complements their lifestyle. For me, every day is an opportunity to be creative and make someone feel great about themselves!
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find my boyfriend and I either playing video games or getting out and exploring Maine with our dog, Franklin!!

Annie Brewer
Hi, I’m Annie! A southern Maine native, I’m lucky to call this beautiful place home and even luckier to get to create behind the chair here. I’ve been in the beauty industry for 6+ years, specializing in haircutting and makeup artistry.
These days, I’m expanding into color services and absolutely loving it. I’m especially drawn to effortless, lived-in looks like dimensional blonding and rich, all-over color that grows out seamlessly and keeps you feeling like your best self between appointments.
As a cutting specialist, my heart will always belong to long layered cuts, bangs, and soft, face-framing shapes, along with special event and bridal styling that makes you feel confident, elevated, and completely you.
I’m big on continuing education and have trained with industry icons like Bumble and Bumble, Vidal Sassoon, and Oribe—constantly refining my craft and staying inspired by new trends and techniques.
When I’m not in the salon, you can find me cooking, baking, reading, sweating in a Pilates class, or spending time with my favorite people (and my cat Milo, who runs the house).

Olivia Burr
Aesthetician
Hey, I'm Olivia, but you can call me Liv! Born and raised in Southern Maine, I grew up learning the ropes of customer service in my family’s Saco businesses. Making people smile has always been my favorite part of working with the public, and it’s what eventually led me to the world of esthetics.
Since graduating in 2025 from Spa Tech in Westbrook and obtaining my Esthetician license my goal has been to find or create a sanctuary where you can escape from the daily hustle and leave feeling rejuvenated,
confident and glowing! :D
My waxing obsession began at 12 when I got my first wax and Gigi home wax pot! Because the skincare industry is always evolving, I am deeply committed to continuing my education. In addition to my initial license with a HUGE thank you to Kat; I've completed advanced training in Waxing, Lash & Brow Lamination, Tints and have been able to continue my education with skin and skin care ingredients!
All skin is different and all skin is beautiful. I hope to be able to help you find the most beautiful and confident version of yourself.
When I’m out of the treatment room, I’m usually soaking up the best of Maine with my family and boyfriend whether we're hiking, crafting, or lakeside. At home, I love 'conjuring' up new recipes or simply recharging with our two boys (the cats!), Salem and Pickles.
Grace Tardif
Hi, I'm Grace! I'm from Biddeford, Maine, and my passion for cosmetology started when I was younger practicing styles on my own hair and doing hair for friends and family.
I love creating beautiful looks for special events and bridal styling, and I also enjoy working with color, nails, and blowouts. I'm passionate about being creative and helping my guests feel confident and beautiful when they leave my chair.

Delia Soulier
Hi, I’m Delia born in North Carolina raised in Maine! Graduated spa tech in 2024 got my license in April of 2025! I’ve been in the industry for about 6 months now. My love for hair goes way back to my dancing days! I’ve always known this is the career path I wanted to take. I love everything about hair but my favorites would have to be bright blondes and dimensional colors. When I’m not in the salon I enjoy going to the gym, being outside especially during the summer and spending time with friends and family.
