Below is an overview of the services we offer. As a multi-level salon, our pricing varies between stylists depending on their experience level. For individual pricing and timing, please refer to Our Team Page, where each team member’s menu is listed.

Gloss also has an esthetics treatment room and we also offer nail services.

Client consultations are free of charge and recommended for new clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within a 48-hour window are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, which is charged to the card on file.


NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY/SAME DAY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE:

If you have an appointment scheduled and you no call/no show or attempt to cancel or reschedule the same day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service you were booked for. This charge will be processed to the credit card on file and is not transferrable if you decide to schedule an additional appointment for a later date.
