Salon Pricing

Services are priced to reflect experience level and vary by stylist. If you have questions in regards to the cost of your appointment, do not hesitate to ask for a cost breakdown from our front desk staff or your stylist before your scheduled visit.

 

Refund Policy

We are unable to offer refunds on services provided.  If you are unsatisfied with a service you receive at Gloss, please notify us within one week of your appointment. We will invite you back for a redo appointment on the house. We always strive to provide high quality services and to meet client expectations. If we are unable to do so, we hope you give us the opportunity to make things right.
If you decide to purchase a product from us and it doesn't seem to work for your at home routine, please bring the product in at your earliest convenience and we will exchange it for something that you will love!  No refunds on products.  They are for exchange only.

Updated Salon Mask Policy

A Note from the Owner

Starting Wednesday, June 16th Gloss will no longer be requiring masks for clients or employees.

We are asking clients to make this personal decision based on their own comfort level.

Whether you are dropping the mask or deciding to continue wearing one at the salon, please know you are supported by us! If you would feel more comfortable with your stylist wearing a mask, please let us know prior to your appointment or let the front desk know when you check in. We are happy to accommodate any requests for masks at this time.

As the owner, it will aways be my responsibility to maintain a comfortable and relaxing space for our clients and my employees. At this time, I am still asking for conversation around Covid and vaccinations to not take place within the salon. We are doing everything we can to shift the energy of our space and continue to look toward the positive possibilities of this year instead of what has already passed.
