GLOSS HAIR PARLOR Membership Terms & Conditions
We are excited for you to join the club! Each membership program is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as there are important limitations, exclusions, and rules for how the program is operated.
Each month, your chosen plan will give you either two or four services (“Membership services”) to be used at your convenience, subject to availability and the other Terms and Conditions herein.
Memberships are paid in advance and begin the day you sign up!
Your membership will automatically renew the same time each month unless you cancel before your renewal date. If your enrollment date was November 4th, your next cycle will begin December 4th.
Unused services do not roll over from month to month, and there are no refunds or credits for unused services. If you do not use your monthly services, you lose them.
Limitations and Exclusions
Membership does not guarantee booking with your preferred stylist. We cannot guarantee that your preferred stylist will have schedule availability during any given month, and you may not be able to book your appointments with your preferred stylist. Inability to book with your preferred stylist will not entitle you to a refund or rollover of unused services.
Membership does not guarantee that an appointment will be available on a specific date and time.
Monthly Memberships are non-transferable and must be purchased by the person who will be redeeming the membership services. If you wish to purchase a membership for someone else, please purchase a Gloss gift card for them to redeem.
Membership services are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
Membership services may only be redeemed for the services specified in your plan and may not be substituted or credited toward other services.
Membership services may not be partially used, and you will not receive credit for any part of the service you do not utilize. For example, if you are an Extension Blowout member but choose not to have the deep conditioner applied to your hair, you will not receive a refund or credit for the unused portion of that service.
Gloss' appointment cancellation and no-show policy applies to the Membership program as well. You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment to cancel your appointment without penalty. If you do not provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, you forfeit that membership service. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you are considered a no-show, your appointment is cancelled, and you forfeit that membership service.
Your Membership services only cover designated services, and do not include gratuity/tip, applicable taxes, or the cost for other services or retail products.
Program Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your monthly membership, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email address, and which membership you need to cancel from (Blowout, or Extension). Use the subject line “Membership Cancellation” in your email.
Cancellation requests must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on the last day of your membership month to receive a refund of the following month’s membership fee (if applicable). If the last calendar day of the month is a Sunday or a federal holiday, then the cancellation request must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on the prior business day.
Your current month’s Membership services are not refundable, in whole or in part.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants in the Membership programs and any future similar membership programs implemented by Gloss Hair Parlor, unless such programs have their own T&Cs.
Gloss Hair Parlor reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, including limitations, exclusions, or rules for the administration thereof, without prior notice to members.
Gloss Hair Parlor reserves the right to limit the number of Memberships that are offered, and further reserves the right to deny Membership or Membership services to any individual.
In the event a Membership program is cancelled or discontinued by Gloss Hair Parlor, you will be refunded for any prepaid months in which the service is not available. In the event the program is cancelled with an effective date before the end of the calendar month, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of unused Membership services remaining in your plan.
